Well, I’m going to share another day of eats for me. I’m an odd creature, because I am both a creature of habit and I like to try new things. I love new vegetables, new meats, new recipes, etceteras, but I also eat peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, and fruit extensively, and I barely ever get tired of them.
So, with that introduction, here’s what I ate today in picture form 🙂
I’m also a bad blogger cause this was supposed to be a WIAW. But it has now turned into a WIAT. It’s my ‘What I Ate Thursday’ post. 🙂
Breakfast – 8:00 AM – If you can’t tell what it is, it’s a pyramid of cottage cheese with apple + peanut butter + pecans.
Lunch was had early at around 11:00 AM – It was a conglomeration of things, not all listed here, but I did manage to snag my camera before running out the door.

And then I got back into the car and had some more:
TRAIL MIX. I’ve had tons of this stuff since last week with all the road tripping. It’s hard to get tired of, and very addictive. 😀
And I was very bad and did not take pictures of dinner. It was good, trust me. My sis made egg sandwiches and salad. So I did get some veggies in, but this wasn’t my best veggie day ever. Oh well. 🙂
Dessert: 8:00 pm – I glanced into the refrigerator, and this carton of ice-cream jumped into my arms and screamed, “EAT ME.”
Well, it wasn’t nearly that dramatic, but I enjoyed some ice-cream and peanut butter cookies for dessert.

And I went running somewhere in there… Which should add a semi-bumpy video to the collection. 🙂
