Who likes a cinnamon roll on a cool crisp fall morning? Cora always inspires me to want to make baked goods for breakfast especially on those slow days. Well, this recipe was a breath taking recipe. I’m saying that because it was definitely one where I was kind of going blind, going by faith. And you know what just humbles my socks off? God, by His infinite mercy, saw fit that this recipe would be a success! My sister loved it, and it was the first go-around.
Confession: I probably don’t test recipes more than once, but I think I need to start doing that so I can hone my allergy free baking, because I have quite a few flopped recipes (that I ate), but they weren’t good enough for anybody else.
With this recipe I decided to stay on the safe side. The safe side means that I decided to work with wheat flour, a flour I know well for a super fun Bloggers Gonna Blog Friendsgiving and my very first time linking up with Priya, Ellen, and Blondes Have More Run for their ‘Fall Produce Challenge.’ I think today is the ‘pumpkin’ day, because I eyed some delicious chocolate chip pumpkin muffins from Ellen on her Instagram.
