Today, I’m talking about why it’s okay if you don’t make every workout ‘tough.’ Learning to enjoy those workouts that don’t make your muscles scream is a joy too and a whole part of learning the balance in the world of exercise.
The verse that inspires me for this post every Tuesday is taken from 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, ‘What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you and which ye have from God, and that ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.’
It’s a privilege to take care of my body, not just as a body, but as the temple of the Holy Spirit.
