I like carbs, and so this post is about why I’m not carb-less (Note: this is not from a nutritional perspective. It’s purely subjective in nature.) . I really do like carbs, and I’m thankful that God made protein, fat, and carbs to eat everyday. I even tried, while still struggling with my weight going up and down, to go ‘carbless.’ Let’s just say that it didn’t work well. I was hungry all the time, and protein just really didn’t keep me full.
For my own body, I’m learning that moderation is key. It doesn’t love TONS of fat or TONS of Carbs or Tons of Protein, but it has a happy place, and for now, I’m trying to learn to use this principle in the way I approach my eating. Of course, I don’t want to make it a big deal. Yet, I do want to be balanced and thankful in the way in which I eat for the glory of God!
Today’s favorites include fluffiness, ‘fall’ness, and well maybe, some ‘foodie-ness.’ Do you like my affinity for creating words that don’t actually exist?

Favorite Outdoor Moments
The sun last night, while I was watering our fruit trees was amazing! So I tried to capture it as best as I could and share it with you. However, no camera will ever be as good as the eyes that God has created.
I love the place I live. I just love it. You can see for miles, and traffic is um… 10 cars per hour.

I am going to miss these little polar bears (AKA: huskies) when the last 2 are gone. *tear*
