As part of this ‘Beauty in Christ’ blog which is my journey to encourage other girls on a journey to a deeper walk with God, above exercise and food, I also want to not neglect the fact that food and exercise are amazing gifts from God and not to be taken for granted.
With that, I’m starting my own little recipe corner with recipes I’m going to be working on/testing out and sharing with you all. 🙂
1 cup sorghum or honey
3 cups oats
3 cups rice krispy cereal
1 cup almond butter (You can do any kind of nut butter)
2 cups white chocolate chips (You can mix it up and do a mixture of nuts, chocolate chips, and dried fruit)
2 tsp. vanilla
3/8 cup brown sugar
Heat honey or sorghum, almond butter, vanilla, and brown sugar together till runny. Mix in oats, krispy cereal, and white chocolate chips. Freeze for a couple hours in a parchment paper lined pan.
